Orders & acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your confirmation and dispatch the goods. If something is mispriced or out of stock, we may decline and refund you in full — we will always tell you why.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in your selected currency and include applicable tax where stated. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure provider. We are not liable for bank or currency-conversion fees charged by your provider.
Shipping & risk
Risk passes to you on delivery. Estimated delivery times are guidance, not guarantees. See our Shipping & Returns page for full detail.
Returns & cancellation
You may return unworn items within 30 days for a full refund. Some made-to-order and personalised pieces are exempt, as noted at checkout. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, imagery, designs and code — belongs to RIVISTA or our licensors. You may not reproduce or resell it without written permission.
Liability
We stand behind our products, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the value of your order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and disputes fall under the courts of Lisbon. If any clause is found invalid, the rest still apply.
