Common questions.
How long does shipping take?
EU: 2–4 working days, free over €80. UK: 3–5 days. Worldwide: 5–8. Every order ships from Lisbon within 24h of placing.
What’s the return policy?
30 days, no questions asked. Items must be unworn with tags. We cover return shipping inside the EU.
How does the repair program work?
Send a photo & your order Nº to repair@rivista.studio. We mail you a prepaid label, repair in-studio, return within 14 days. Lifetime, on us.
Do you offer alterations?
Yes — hem & sleeve adjustments are free within 30 days of purchase. Beyond that, we charge cost only.
Can I visit the Lisbon studio?
The last Saturday of every month, 11–17. Six guests at a time. Email visit@rivista.studio with two preferred dates.
Are your materials really traceable?
Yes. Every product page lists the workshop & mill we sourced from. Linen → Porto, brass → Kyoto, ceramics → Aegean coast, wood → northern Italy.
