We ship worldwide from Lisbon. Orders placed before 2pm WET dispatch the same working day.

• Portugal — €4, free over €80 · 1–2 days.
• EU — €8, free over €80 · 2–4 days.
• UK & Switzerland — €12 · 3–5 days.
• US & Canada — €18 · 4–7 days.
• Rest of world — €24 · 5–10 days.

Carbon-neutral delivery

Every parcel ships carbon-neutral. We measure the footprint of each shipment and fund certified removal to offset it — at no extra cost to you.

Duties & taxes

EU orders are sent with all duties paid — the price you see is the price you pay. For non-EU destinations, local import duties may apply on delivery and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Returns

Changed your mind? Return any unworn item with tags within 30 days for a full refund.

• We email you a prepaid label (free for EU returns).
• Refunds land within 5 working days of us receiving the parcel.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Start an exchange from your orders page and we will reserve the new piece while your return is in transit, so you do not miss out.

Repairs

Every piece comes with a lifetime repair card. If a seam goes or a button drops, send it back and we will mend it — free, for as long as you own it. See Our Materials for the full pledge.
