01Orders & Payment.
Orders placed before 14:00 CET ship the next business day. Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days in the EU, 5–10 days worldwide. You’ll receive a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves the studio.
Yes, within two hours of placing it — drop us a note at hello@rivista.studio with your order number. After that the parcel is already with our packing partner.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Afterpay (region dependent). All transactions are encrypted via Stripe.
Yes — all payments are processed through a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway. We never store your card details on our servers.
02Shipping & Delivery.
We ship to 60+ countries. Shipping is free on EU orders over €80 and on worldwide orders over €180. Duties and taxes for non-EU orders are paid at checkout (DDP) so there are no surprises at your door.
Every order comes with a tracking link sent via email. You can also follow your parcel from your account dashboard.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ days, contact us. We’ll either reship your order or refund you in full — no proof required.
03Returns & Exchanges.
Free returns within 30 days, anywhere in the EU. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Final-sale items (marked at checkout) are not eligible. Outside the EU, returns are at the customer’s expense.
Sign in to your account, pick the order, and choose “Start a return”. We’ll email you a prepaid label within an hour. Drop the parcel at any post office.
Refunds land back on your original payment method within 3–5 working days of us receiving the parcel. We’ll email you the moment it’s processed.
Yes — start a return and select “Exchange” instead of refund. We’ll hold the new size for 7 days while your parcel travels back.
04Products & Sizing.
Most of our pieces are a relaxed fit and run true. The detailed measurement chart on each product page is the most reliable guide. If you’re between sizes, size down for crewnecks and up for outerwear.
Care instructions are printed on each label and listed on every product page. As a rule: cold wash inside out, no tumble dry, no bleach. Linen and wool benefit from a gentle hand wash.

05Account & Privacy.
No — checkout is available as a guest. An account just lets you save addresses, track orders, and access wishlists.
On the sign-in page, click “Forgot password” and we’ll email you a reset link valid for one hour.
We collect only what we need to ship your order and improve your experience. We never sell data to third parties. Read the full privacy policy.
