Dressed by the light.
The same wardrobe feels different at seven, at one and at nine. So we sort ours by the hour each piece was made for, not by the rail it hangs on.
Morning.
Linen that still holds the cool of the night, and a tee soft enough to have slept in. For the half hour before anyone needs you.
Studio.
Sleeves rolled, belt left loose, a tote that takes a wet umbrella and a sketchbook without complaint. Clothes that forgive the working day.
Evening.
Lambswool for when the heat goes out of the street, and a throw for the terrace chair. Everything slower, everything a little heavier.
Free EU shipping over €80, and 30 days to decide whether a piece suits your light.

02The lookbook
Seven days of borrowed light.
We took the spring collection to Porto for a week and refused to pack a single lamp.
Every frame was lit by whatever the day offered: blue shade on the stairwells before seven, white glare off the river at noon, the long copper hour when the tiles give back their heat. The Belgian linen creased and we let it. The merino caught the wind off the water. Nothing was retouched into a mood it did not have, so what you see is how the clothes looked, hour by hour.

Worn, then written down.
Three letters to the Lisbon atelier. We asked people what the clothes felt like at their own hours, not what they thought of them.
EveningLambswool Sweater — Oat
I bought the oat lambswool for the drive home from the coast, and now it lives on the back of my kitchen chair. By October it smelled of woodsmoke and oranges, which I think is the point.
MorningLinen Shirt — Chalk
The chalk linen shirt arrived creased and has stayed creased through a whole summer. On a packed tram in July it is still the only thing I want on my back.
StudioBelted Overshirt — Ash
I wear the ash overshirt at the pottery wheel, belt loose and sleeves pushed to the elbow. The clay washes out every Friday and it comes back a little softer each time.
Printed with permission, lightly trimmed, never rewritten.
